Cosmic Seed is an architecture and interior design practice founded in 2022 by Ar. Athul Renjith. It began as a small independent initiative developed after office hours and gradually grew into a professional design studio. Ar. Minnu Johnson later joined as a partner, bringing a collaborative and context-sensitive approach to the practice.
Athul and Minnu are graduates of TKM School of Architecture, Kollam, with professional experience across Kerala, Sikkim, Dubai and the UAE. Their combined experience covers residential, retail, commercial, hospitality, banking, workplace, supermarket, jewellery and heritage projects.
Cosmic Seed believes in creating spaces that respond to people, purpose and context. The studio provides architecture, interior design, space planning, material selection, technical drawings, 3D visualisation and project coordination, transforming simple ideas into functional, refined and meaningful spaces.

With experience across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and workplace projects in India and the UAE, Athul believes in a design approach that balances creativity, practicality, and contextual understanding.
